Orthopedic latex mattress of premium quality with firmness grade H2 MEDIUM and finished height of 25 cm. Its structure consists of a main slab of 100% high-density latex foam and a top layer of PURE NATURAL LATEX, which represents the direct contact surface with the body, ensuring elasticity and freshness for a healthy and protected sleep.
The supporting slab, 18 cm high, is made of dual-cell latex with a density above 70 Kg/m³. This is a material non-deformable over time, naturally breathable and with antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties. From a technical point of view, latex foam is a vulcanized rubber with an open-cell structure that guarantees constant air exchange, promoting heat and moisture dispersion even during the hottest seasons.
The top layer of 5 cm in 100% NATURAL LATEX further enhances comfort, offering a highly elastic and responsive sleeping surface. Since it rests and is not glued to the support structure, it maintains its natural properties and promotes better internal aeration of the mattress.
Its plant origin and eco-friendly processing make it a sustainable and very high-quality choice. It is the ideal option for those who want a product free of chemicals, safe for the skin and suitable also for allergic or sensitive people.
The entire structure is designed with perforations into 7 differentiated support zones: larger holes in the shoulder and leg area allow natural and comfortable sinking, while smaller holes in the pelvic area provide firm support and proper spinal alignment. This weight distribution helps reduce pressure points, improve posture during rest and prevent back pain or morning stiffness.
Thanks to the open-cell structure of the foams used, this mattress ensures continuous ventilation, helping to disperse heat and moisture even in the hottest seasons. The sleeping surface remains dry and fresh at all times, creating an ideal microclimate throughout the night.
The result is an ergonomic and welcoming mattress, able to combine firmness and natural comfort without an enveloping effect.

The mattress cover is made of NATURE fabric, composed of a special natural fiber blended with COTTON, soft and pleasant to the touch. The 450 g/m² padding and handcrafted quilting make the sleeping surface highly breathable, as well as naturally dust mite resistant, hypoallergenic, and antibacterial. The natural fibers help maintain a constantly dry microclimate, while the cotton—thanks to its hygroscopic properties—absorbs excess moisture and provides a lasting sensation of freshness. Each cover is entirely handmade in Italy, reflecting the attention to detail and tradition of authentic Italian craftsmanship.

The Marcapiuma mattress is shipped vacuum-rolled with double nylon wrapping, placed in a sturdy box that ensures integrity, hygiene and easier transport; once opened and unrolled it will return to its original size in just a few hours.
