100 NIGHT TRIAL PROMOTION REGULATIONS

The Customer who intends to join and take advantage of the "100 Nights" Promotion must scrupulously follow the instructions and conditions set out below.

  • The promotion is valid exclusively on products bearing the wording "100 TRIAL NIGHTS FREE DELIVERY AND RETURNS” for purchases made on the website www.marcapiumamaterassi.it with delivery in Italy.
    Within these 100 nights, the customer can freely decide to return the product by contacting our assistance service via e- email and requesting the return of the product with the consequent refund of the price of the product except for the requested customizations. The withdrawal will have no additional costs.
  • The 100 night promotion is applicable only for the sizes indicated as standard. For all sizes other than the standard ones, the 100-night trial promotion can be applied limited to the mattress slab. The company will therefore organize the return with consequent reimbursement of the price less the cost of the customized covering. The purchased covering will remain the property of the customer.
  • The 100 trial nights start from the day the product is received.
  • The promotion automatically lapses if the returned product is not intact and /or because the product has suffered damage of any type or kind for reasons other than the seller's transport, not previously reported.
  • In the event of a size change, the 100 nights promotion cannot be activated: the replacement of the product will be paid (both in relation to the transport costs for the return of the incorrect product ordered, and in relation to the possible new cost of the replacement product).
  • The Customer agrees to keep the Marcapiuma product purchased with the Promotion “100 Nights” for at least 15 days in order to get used to the product with minimal use. It will not be possible to avail of the replacement with a different product before at least 15 nights have passed from receipt of the product.
  • "Replacement" means the return/withdrawal of a Marcapiuma product for any reason, and the consequent purchase via new order (for convenience and speed of reimbursement) of a second Marcapiuma product.
  • In the case referred to in the previous point, i.e. in the case of replacement/return/withdrawal of the Marcapiuma product purchased with the 100 night promo active, the subsequent products chosen will always be without the 100 night promo (even if this is advertised), thus preventing the same promotion from being cumulative.
  • It is specified that the aforementioned promotion can be activated in this sense only once per product, per household and account.

DISCOUNT CODE PROMOTION REGULATION

  • Discount codes are alphanumeric codes which, indicated on the website www.marcapiumamaterassi.it, when paying for an order, entitle you to the discount associated with the code itself.
  • The codes discount may be distributed by Natale Nardello & Figli Srl to its customers, actual or potential, for promotional or commercial purposes, in electronic or paper form.
  • The discount codes may be conveyed in different ways including: via e-mail as part of campaigns direct marketing; the amount and expiry of the discount voucher will always be clearly indicated in the same way in which the alphanumeric code is communicated.
  • The discount codes must be used within the expiry date. After this deadline, the discount code can no longer be used and the owner will not be able to request a replacement with another code with a longer validity period.
  • Discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of category products “Bed System” and “Accessories”.
  • Each discount code can be used for only one purchase order.
  • To benefit from the discounts using the code on the website www.marcapiumamaterassi.it , it is necessary to enter your discount code in the appropriate field before completing the order in the cart.
  • In case of cancellation of an order, the discount codes used cannot be recovered or used again by the 'buyer in a new purchase.
