Top quality latex orthopedic mattress with H2 MEDIUM firmness level. The 100% foam latex mattress is all machined with holes of different sizes.
There are larger holes at the shoulders and legs which allow us to offer a mattress with 7 zones of differentiated support. This facilitates the sinking of the shoulder when resting in a lateral position, reducing pressure points, for a natural and regenerating rest.
The workmanship features smaller holes in the central area where the pelvis is positioned, to always guarantee excellent support and an ergonomic mattress.
The 100% foam latex mattress is made up of a single 18cm high block of high density double honeycomb latex with over 70kg/m³. This makes it a non-deformable mattress over time, particularly breathable, antibacterial and hypoallergenic.
Latex guarantees high ergonomics by keeping the spine in the correct position, offering a fresh and healthy rest.
This 100% foam latex mattress model is suitable for those looking for a unique and welcoming feeling of rest while maintaining medium support, without sinking excessively.

The mattress cover is made of NATURE fabric, composed of a special natural fiber blended with COTTON, soft and pleasant to the touch. The 450 g/m² padding and handcrafted quilting make the sleeping surface highly breathable, as well as naturally dust mite resistant, hypoallergenic, and antibacterial. The natural fibers help maintain a constantly dry microclimate, while the cotton—thanks to its hygroscopic properties—absorbs excess moisture and provides a lasting sensation of freshness. Each cover is entirely handmade in Italy, reflecting the attention to detail and tradition of authentic Italian craftsmanship.

The Marcapiuma mattress is shipped vacuum-rolled with a double nylon casing, inserted in a resistant box which ensures integrity, hygiene and guarantees easier transport; after being opened and unrolled it will return to its original size in just a few hours.
