Innovative orthopedic spring mattress with a H3/H4 VERY FIRM support, with 7 zones with differentiated load-bearing capacity, made up of 800 springs.
The 19 cm white box in WaterFoam acts as a perimeter reinforcement structure, ideal for allowing the springs to always work perpendicular to the sleeping surface. This is the supporting structure of the orthopedic mattress, designed to guarantee maximum comfort and back support.
Inside, the spring system is made with 800 springs that are individually inserted into independent bags, assembled with an arrangement of seven differentiated zones, different in spring density: the latter will be greater where it is necessary to privilege support and less where a better welcome is essential, for example at the shoulders and legs.
Each zone is calibrated to adapt to the stress and pressure of the body on the mattress, maintaining a progressive welcome based on the different points of contact. The 800 spring system thus develops high ergonomics and ensures quality sleep night after night.
The individually pocketed springs do not transmit body movement and make it the optimal solution even for those who move a lot in their sleep.
The technical study and the conformation of this product offer a non-deformable mattress with classic and essential lines, but with cutting-edge technology.
Elastic protective lining in 100% Cotton jersey fabric.
The covering of the mattress is made of FRESH fabric that is highly soft to the touch. The quilting is offered only on one side with padding gr. 300/m2 in technical fiber, perfect for the winter period for an anti-mite, hypoallergenic, antibacterial mattress.
On the opposite side, the STAR fabric is used, ideal for the summer months thanks to its highly breathable light weave suitable for ensuring constant thermoregulation; this fabric is in fact specifically designed to retain and release heat when necessary, depending on the humidity that the body generates while resting.
All Marcapiuma mattresses have antibacterial protection against the formation of mites and bad odors.
Completely removable with zip on 4 sides and handles. Machine washable up to 60 °, hygienically active with quick drying.

The Marcapiuma mattress is shipped rolled up vacuum-packed with a double nylon wrapping, inserted in a resistant box that ensures integrity, hygiene and guarantees easier transport; after being opened and unrolled it will return to its original dimensions in just a few hours.
For all our spring mattresses we use certified raw materials CertiPUR® Safety Health Human and Environment, Oeko-Tex® standard 100 class 1 (also suitable for newborns), and ISO 9001 Certified quality system.
