Promotions regulations

The “100 Nights Trial” Promotion constitutes a conventional commercial satisfaction guarantee, voluntarily offered by Natale Nardello & Figli Srl, additional and distinct from the right of withdrawal provided by the applicable law.

The promotion does not replace, limit, or extend the legal right of withdrawal regulated in the “Right of Withdrawal” section of the website.

1. Scope of application

The promotion is valid exclusively for products that explicitly display the wording “100 NIGHTS TRIAL” and the symbol “🌙” (Moon) in the product title, for purchases made on the website www.marcapiumamaterassi.it and with delivery within Italian territory. 
The promotion is not available for orders with foreign destinations.

2. Eligible products

The promotion applies exclusively to mattresses with standard sizes.
For mattresses with sizes other than those labeled “standard,” the promotion is limited to the mattress core only; details on the refund are indicated in point 7.

3. Commencement

The 100 nights start from the day the product is delivered.

4. Minimum usage period

The Customer agrees to use the product for at least 15 consecutive nights before requesting activation of the promotion, in order to allow a proper adjustment period.

5. Product conditions

The product must be returned intact, complete with all its parts, free from stains, odors, tears, alterations, or signs of misuse, and properly packaged according to the instructions provided by the company.
The Customer is required to strictly follow the packaging instructions indicated by Marcapiuma. In particular, the mattress must be folded in half (head-to-foot), re-rolled, and protected with the original packaging or with sturdy plastic and adhesive tape. The package must have an external cardboard covering, a mandatory condition imposed by couriers for parcel acceptance. It is not necessary to purchase a special box, but it is sufficient to cover the package with cardboard from various sources.
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the automatic forfeiture of the promotion.

6. Promotion activation

To take advantage of the promotion, the Customer must contact customer service at info@marcapiumamaterassi.it, providing the order number and the reason for which they wish to use the promotion.
From the moment the company authorizes the return of the product and confirms the opening of the 100 Nights promotion case, the Customer has 7 days (including Saturday and Sunday) to prepare the product according to the instructions received and make it available so that the company can schedule pickup at the Customer's address.
Any delays or unavailability of the product within this period, not attributable to the company, will result in automatic forfeiture of the promotion.

7. Refund

For standard mattresses, the refund will be equal to the full amount paid for the product.

For mattresses with sizes other than those labeled “standard,” the cost of the custom cover will be deducted from the refund; the promotion applies exclusively to the mattress core.

Products not listed in the catalog and expressly requested as a special order are never included in the 100 Nights promotion.

8. Exclusions and limitations

The promotion does not allow free size exchanges or direct replacements with other products. In these cases, the rules indicated in the “Right of Withdrawal” section still apply.
Products purchased as replacements after using the 100 Nights promotion will not benefit from additional 100 Nights promotions.
The promotion can be activated only once per product and per customer/household.
